Lasered by the Creek Winter Long Giveaway - OFFICIAL RULES

 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility: The "Lasered by the Creek Winter Long Giveaway" ("Giveaway") is open to legal residents of ["the 50 United States and D.C."] who are [18] years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Lasered by the Creek ("Sponsor"), and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Giveaway Period: The Giveaway begins at 12:00:01 AM Central Standard Time (CST) on November 14, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 PM CST on December 24, 2025 ("Giveaway Period").

3. How to Enter: There are three (3) methods of entry:

  • Method 1: Entry via Purchase: During the Giveaway Period, you will automatically receive one (1) entry for every $100.00 USD (one hundred dollars) spent in a single transaction on the following qualifying products: gift cards, Microply, UV Printed panels, MDF panels, and cutting boards.

    • The $100.00 threshold is calculated before taxes and shipping.

    • Exclusion: Purchases of products sold or shipped via Shopify Collective suppliers, including "CMB Acrylic" and "Keychain Thingys," are NOT eligible and do not count toward the $100.00 entry threshold.

  • Method 2: Entry via Facebook Group Invitation: During the Giveaway Period, you will receive one (1) entry for every new person you invite who subsequently joins the official "Lasered by the Creek" Facebook Group. To ensure your entries are tracked, you must [Specify Tracking Method, e.g., "tag an admin in the new member's welcome/approval post" or "message the page admin with a list of names"].

  • Method 3: No Purchase Necessary (Mail-In Entry): To enter without making a purchase or inviting new members, hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number on a 3" x 5" index card and mail it in a stamped #10 envelope to:

    Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 10th, 2025, and received by December 24, 2025. You will receive one (1) entry per mail-in card. Limit one (1) entry per person, per household

4. Prize(s) and Approximate Retail Value (ARV): The following prizes will be awarded to randomly selected winners:

  • One (1) Grand Prize: One (1) AEON MIRA 5s Redline Laser.

    • ARV: $6995.00

    • Condition: The winner is solely responsible for all costs and arrangements for freight shipping, delivery, and any applicable taxes or import duties.

  •  First Prizes: FIVE (5) Free Shipping Codes valid for one (1) year.

    • Condition: Code is non-transferable and valid only for shipments from Lasered by the Creek.

     

  • Second Prizes: Three (3) $500 Lasered by the Creek Gift Card. ARV: $500.00

  • Third Prizes: Ten (10) $25-$100 Lasered by the Creek Gift Card. 

  • Fourth Prizes: Ten (10) Lasered by the Creek Logo Sweatshirt. ARV: $$25

  • Fifth Prizes: Ten (10) Lasered by the Creek Logo Yeti. ARV: $35.00

All prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value. No cash or prize substitution is permitted.

5. Winner Selection and Notification: A random drawing will be conducted on  December 24th, 2025 from all eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified via [Email/Phone/Social Media DM]. Potential winners must respond within 72 hours of notification. Failure to respond, or (for the Grand Prize) failure to accept the freight shipping condition, may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.

6. General Conditions: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final. All federal, state, and local laws apply.
